More than 20 years of experience as entrepreneur, consultant/adviser in the broad energy sector (electricity and gas), currently focused on renewables in general, M&A in solar PV distributed generation in particular and providing solar PV self-consumption solutions to people and organizations.

I have extensive experience:

- Providing services, support and solutions to investors, financial institutions, utilities, oil & gas companies, IPPs, developers EPCs, industrial and commercial consumers, DSOs and TSOs.

- Supporting M&A transactions of assets, portfolios and platforms, as financial, market and regulatory adviser.

- Supporting both parties of PPA contracts to negotiating, structuring and closing win-win agreements.

- Building robust bankable power market models to produce reliable long term pool price forecast, capacity expansion and energy dispatch forecasting to support multi-million euros investment, transactions and financing.

- Supporting investment decision with market, economic and regulatory analysis and feasibility assessment, including economic feasibility of BESS and distributed generation projects.

- Supporting large commercial and industrial energy consumers to reduce their energy consumption and to reduce costs through smart energy management.

- Providing expert witness services in energy-related disputes, arbitrations, lawsuits and negotiations (change of FiT system, EPC contracts, long-term gas contracts price reviews, etc.).

More than 30 years of experience as a consultant/adviser, entrepreneur, and executive director in a multicultural and global environment, having defined strategies, originated business, closed deals and managed teams in more than 17 European, American and African countries.

Regular lecturer and panelist in courses, webinars and workshops and a contributor to publications.

International MBA from ESCP Business School (Madrid-Oxford-Paris), Diploma in International Commerce from ICEX-CECO (Madrid) and BA in Economics from Universidad Autónoma - UAM (Madrid).

Fluent in Spanish English and Italian.
